Mornings in Manila

I start my workout in the wee hours of the morning around 5am, when the whole of Manila is still fast asleep. There's my home-brewed Cappuccino as you know I am my own to kick start my body for the run. The hot pandesal, however will come after as a reward. Okay alam ko grade 1 ka pa lang noon gustong-gusto mo ng malaman kung ano ang translation ng Muta sa ingles. Yah know teacher, una sa lahat- what is muta?
